  Just to make it clear: Luxor offers two choices:

  * Follow the GPL rules and you can use it for free
  * If you don't want to follow the the GPL rules, buy
a classic commercial license

  Yes. All libraries use an Apache-like license except
my own such as Apollo, Houston, Salsa, Caramel, Rachel
etc. which use the GPL and are covered by the Luxor
commercial license (so you're not bound by the GPL
rules.)
