  You might search the luxor-xul-user mailinglist for
answers on how to use "international" characters
outside 7bit-ASCII. 

  As far as I can tell it's just a general XML
encoding issue. You might either change the encoding
in the XML prolog or encode your "internation"
characters in UTF-8.
