Hi Frenchies,

Like Gerald was pointing out, xul files are just plain
xml and adding an encoding let you add éèïîôöëüùà and
all the likes. For instance you may try adding the
following line at the very beginning of the xul file:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="iso-8859-1"?>
