  You're more than welcome to start off creating a new
Luxor flavor that uses let's say C, Python, and Gtk+.
See Keystone @ http://www.keystoneframework.org or the
xul-to-gtk package @
http://sourceforge.net/projects/xul for some ideas.

  As an alternative you might try using the SWT flavor
and compile Luxor to a binary using gcj that needs no
Java runtime and then try to add CPython using CNI or
similar.

  Also you might look into MyXaml online @
http://www.myxaml.com and use Mono/DotGNU/.NET and see
how you can add Python for scripting either using
CPython or Python.NET.
