Hello Owen Densmore, Welcome to Luxor and thanks for introducing yourself. > You also mention Python. How would > Luxor be used with Python? Would swing actually > provide the windowing for Python? .. or > are you using some other Python windowing system? Luxor currently only provides a Python example suite. See http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/luxor-xul/python/src It's similar to the Groovy example suite where you use Python (Jython) or Groovy instead of Java. For more examples, on using XUL and Python for Java, see the Sulu project online @ http://sulu.sourceforge.net If you want to use XUL and "classic" Python, there's a PyXUL project upcoming. See http://sourceforge.net/projects/pyxul (No files or website or anything yet). - Gerald ----------------------- Gerald Bauer Rich Client Conference (RichCon) 2005 - http://richcon.com XUL News Wire - http://xulnews.com XUL Alliance - http://xulalliance.org United XAML - http://unitedxaml.org ------------------------------------------------------- SF email is sponsored by - The IT Product Guide Read honest & candid reviews on hundreds of IT Products from real users.
