Best practices Struts for tech. proj. leads public workshop

Hi Vic,
I just tried to use PayPal via login to an existing account and when I
click pay it gives me an error that my browser does not allow cookies
(which it does). I don't know if the payment has gone through but I tried
twice. Anyway, there are three of us here who would like to attend, so
