Summary: JMXRI + MX4J documentation is wrong

Initial Comment:
The documentation for using MX4J together with JMXRI
says we should set the property 'javax.management.
builder.initial' to use JMXRI together with JMXRI.

The sample later on (line 176 of
src/docs/english/jmx-explained) set the property 'java.
management.builder.initial', which is wrong.

Since the anonymous cvs access runs again I can finally
attach the patch to correct the documentation
