Summary: XSL problem in serverbydomain.xsl

Initial Comment:
Commenting out the passing of parameter p0 in
serverbydomain.xsl in the

<xsl:template match="Domain" name="domain">

template solves an annoying exception:

SystemId Unknown; Line #12; Column #81; Cannot add
attribute name after child nodes or before an element
is produced. Attribute will be ignored

Reported by Simon Kitching.

The fix is to remove the p0 parameter, but can be
worked out better.

Brian,
you're completely right, this is a duplicate of #834296 and
#928762.
I was cleaning up things to do and I did not want to forget
old things.
I am closing it as duplicate.
Thanks man !

Simon,

Please review cases #834296 and #928762. #928762 was to
address Simon Kitching's problem. What do you think about
re-opening that one, instead of creating a new one (this case)?
