RE: rmic with -poa option

Hi David,

I also got the tests fine with the -poa option, but only with JDK 1.4.

With JDK 1.3 the -poa option does not allow compilation.

I will change the build file to handle this case, so that for JDK 1.4 only the -poa option is used.
