Summary: MBeanServer.getAttributes() does not follow spec.

Initial Comment:
MBeanServer.getAttributes(name, new String[0]) throws a
RuntimeOperationException.

From docs,
RuntimeOperationsException - Wrap a
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: The object name in
parameter is null or attributes in parameter is null.

In accordance to the docs, Sun's reference
implementation does not throw an exception when passed
new String[0].
