Summary: Timer MBean should not be daemon

Initial Comment:
The implementation of javax.management.timer.Timer uses
a daemon thread. This does not agree with Sun's
reference implementation. When a Timer is start()-ed,
it shouldn't then suddenly decided to terminate itself.
