Summary: Pooled Threads for JMX Timer

Initial Comment:
It would be nice to have a pooled implementation of the
Timer class so 1 thread per timer would not be
necessary. I am not sure if this goes against the
specification but from a resource utilization
perspective it seems to make sense.

The MX4J implementation always used one thread for the JMX
Timer service.
