MX4J 3.0.0 Released

Hi all,

I am happy to announce that MX4J 3.0.0 has been released.

This is a major release that fixes many bugs and adds support for JSR
160 providers over the SSL protocol, along with new examples and
documentation.

I'd like to thank Jeremy Boynes for his big work on MX4J to fix the bugs
reported by the JMX TCK, and Eamonn McManus and the JMX team in Grenoble
for their guidance through the dangerous paths of the JMX specification.
