test.javax.management.remote.compliance.serialization.support.OptionalRemoteInstantiator

I think that we should remove this class until we put in support for
javax.management.remote.message.*.  IntelliJ does not seem to be able to
exclude individual files and I keep having to delete it every time I do
a CVS refresh.
