Hi Chris,

sorry for replying so late, I was in business trip with limited access
to internet.

Seems to me that the mailing list is working: I received this email
from the mailing list.

Not sure if you already tried, but JMXServiceURL should recognize also
urls of the type:

service:jmx:rmi:///jndi/snp://namingHost:1099/path

where "snp" stands for "Sonic Naming Provider" and refers to the Sonic
JNDI implementation.
For example, JBoss has (had?) an implementation of JNDI that (in the
past at least) was referred to as "jnp". This url, couples with a
correct jndi.properties in classpath, should do the trick.

Anyway, I am glad you solved your problem.

Regards,

Simon
