new XML configuration

Okay, I've started designing the XML configuration
format. It might look like this:
http://cvs.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/nanning/nanning/src/test/com/tirsen/nanning/aspect-system-test.xml?rev=HEAD&content-type=text/vnd.viewcvs-markup

All you people that are using the older format,
please, please, please let me know what you think. I
want to be able to deprecate the older stuff as soon
as possible.
