Perhaps instead of having global 'applies to all' semantics for top
level <interceptor> and <mixin> (?) elements, explicit references would
be more flexible - no need to redeclare interceptors that apply to most
but not all classes (or is there an other way to achieve this?).

<interceptor ref="..."/>
</class>
Also, further examples for the <pointcut> element would be interesting.
