Dear NetBeans users,

This is just to let you know that CollabNet was experiencing network/
firewall problems for just under 2 hours beginning at approximately 1am
Pacific Standard Time (9am GMT).  We have now resolved all of the issues
and the site should be operating normally.

I apologize for the interruption in service.  If there are any lingering
problems, please submit an issue in the www component or send mail to
[email protected].
