Announcement: Planned availability of 3.4 Milestone builds

An important part of the new notion of Milestones is the resulting build.
Although we planned to make those available download page as special
"Milestone" builds, we did not do that for M1 and M2 (the builds are
available as the regular Q-builds though).

So this announcement is just to give a heads up to expect the 
availability of M2
and hopefully M3 builds on the download pages early next week.

In the future, each Milestone build will be posted (together with a list 
of all the
new features it contains) on the download page as soon as it passes the QA
acceptance tests.
