Call for writers

Hi, all,

FYI, we are working on getting some things happening
regarding books on NetBeans.  I'm one of the people
working to make that happen.  Can't mention any
names of publishers, but I hope to be able to soon.

At the moment, I'm also on a mad quest for writers,
and I'd like to open this up to the community.
We've got some internal people who can work on this
type of thing (I'm one of them - but have other duties
as well), but writing a book is a substantial commitment,
and to have consistent tone, it is best to have a
primary author.  I'm also working on getting some
magazine things happening.

So, if you have writing experience (send a sample), know
the IDE and/or the APIs *well* and could commit a
substantial portion of time to a project
like this, let me know and I'll see what I can do
(authorship decisions are up to the publisher, not me!).

In particular, we're hoping to do two books, one on the
APIs and one for end users of NetBeans.
