ANN: NetBeans IDE 3.1 build 36 available for download

Hello everybody,

there is a new build of NetBeans IDE v3.1 which fixes three annoying
bugs:

* BUG#5697: sometimes an unselected editor tab is receiving key strokes
  instead of the selected one.

* Source Editor: BUG#8438 - window does not scroll when jumping to
  method

* Debugger: BUG#9030: The debugger cannot be started if used JDK is
  installed in a path with spaces.  Fixed by removing unwanted quote
  characters in the default bootclasspath.

As usual, binaries and sources are available for download on
http://www.netbeans.org/.

If you are running NetBeans 3.1 build 34, you can also update your
current installation through NetBeans Update Center: go to menu Tools ->
Update Center, double clicking on "Updates" in the list of "Available
modules" will show you three patches to fix the above three bugs.
