So, the release! It is progressing. We are getting ready to make a
first release candidate of 3.2, and after RC1 will start reviewing
potential bugfixes.

The bug situation is still aggravating, BUT many bugs were fixed in
the last week so there is hope for a stable release.

We have an Upgrade Wizard as the first thing you see, to make sure
users of old releases are not left out in the cold.

The JAR Packager gets some UI fixes: set up the important stuff in
the wizard, rather than searching for that property sheet later.
