Netbeans.org to be upgraded to Collab.Net's SourceCast hosting platform

In the next few weeks, we will be upgrading the Netbeans.org site to
Collab.Net's SourceCast hosting platform.

SourceCast contains many upgrades and new functionality (especially for
those administering the site).  It represents a much tighter integration
of the components we are using right now (Issuezilla, CVS, Mailing
lists, etc.)

The date for the upgrade has not yet been set.  However, I will give the
community plenty of fair warning and reminders about when this will
happen as well as more information about how this will affect users.

In the interest of not bogging you guys down at this moment, rest
assured that this is just the first of a line of emails regarding this
subject.
