Planned Outtage Delayed

The outtage planned for today at 10am PDT (7pmj Prague time) will be
delayed until next Friday, Sept. 29th.

No specific bugs have been found, the delay is happening more so that
all sides will have more time to test the new functionality and make
sure it is performing properly.
