NetBeans 8.1 Fails to Check out from SVN - Error: E210004: Malformed network data

Hello All,

I installed the latest NetBeans 8.1 and checkout from SVN stopped working.
I'm getting the following error at the start of the checkout process:

org.apache.subversion.javahl.ClientException: E210004: Malformed network data

After investigation I feel this is the following SVNKit bug:
https://issues.tmatesoft.com/issue/SVNKIT-606

Is there a way for me to manually upgrade SVNKit to 1.8.11 where this issue is fixed?
