Account locked out. Unable to report bugs.

Hi,

I've been reporting Netbeans bugs for over 10 years. I mention this because all of a sudden I get this error message when reporting a new bug:

"The entered text was classified as SPAM or your account was added to a list of blacklisted users due to your malicious activity in the past. If you believe this happened in error, let us please know explaining what you try to achieve. Thanks for your understanding."

Given that I've been reporting valid bug reports for 10 years, shouldn't the spam filter be smart enough to know that I am not a bad guy? :)

I tried emailing [email protected] yesterday but no one has replied. How do I get my account unlocked?
