i want to use netbeans as my next standalone software

Hi All
   i want to use netbeans as my next standalone software, i got a few questions:
1) How can i package the whole netbeans and pack it into single jar to distribute to my customer?
2) It is LGPL? can i sell my software as a commercial product?
3) How can i change the splash screen and all wordings?
