Проблема с локализацие й NetBeans 6.5

Здравствуйте,
установил плагин локализации
http://deadlock.netbeans.org/hudson/job/nb6.5-community-ml/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/l10n/nbms/community/ru/
после этого перестал собираться jnlp проект на основе netbeans platform.
Выдает следующее:

Помогите прикрутить плагин, а то интегрировать перевод непосредственно в
дистрибутив - жутко муторно.
