The instructions at http://nbxdoclet.sourceforge.net/installation.php were written for NetBeans 5.x, but NetBeans 6.x is a little different. In NB 6.0 go to: Tools > Plugins > Settings. In the Settings panel click the Add button and configure a new Update Center named "nbxdoclet" at http://nbxdoclet.sourceforge.net/alpha-update.xml. For convenience, click off the Activate checkbox for the other Update Centers. (Reactivate them later.) Then click the "Available Plugins" tab, and you will see the modules on the new Update Center that are available to download. Choose the modules you want, and proceed to download and install them.
