Maven and NB 6.0

Hi,

   I am using Netbeans 6.0 and have just started to use Maven.  I've imported a Maven project from existing sources, but when I try to build from within Netbeans I get the following error:

       Basedir properties does not exist.

   Is there something I need to configure?
