Yes, this should help. I'm going to CC this to nbdiscuss (not a good thing to cross post,but it is the list about site issues etc and Jack et al may not be reading nbusers). Things of this nature have happened to me before, and he has asked me to send them to him. This can help them track down the server responsible for an issue which means it might be able to be fixed.
