Netbeans Api,

Hi all,
        I want access to the Font of  NetBeans source code editor.I'm really
confused with the type of Netbeans APi I'm supposed to use.Could anybody
tell me how to gain access?Which Api is supposed to be used?I tried looking
at the NetBeans Docs.I'm not able to make out the proper API.Any suggestion
would be of great help.Hope I'm on the right mailing list.(If not please
suggest me the appropiate mailing list.
