I'd like to nominate five of my fellow NetBeans DreamTeam members for election to to the NetBeans Governance Board: Ryan de Laplante (http://www.ryandelaplante.com/) Wade has already described how Ryan is an active and valued community member, so I will just second Wade's nomination. Anton "Toni" Epple (http://eppleton.sharedhost.de/blog/) Toni has been very active in helping spread the word about the NetBeans Platform. He's contributed content to DZone, hosted a NetBeans demo camp in Munich and participated in community training events. Anuradha Gunasekara (http://xircles.codehaus.org/users/anuradha) Anuradha has participated in the NetCAT program and is also a committer to mevenide, which adds Maven support to NetBeans. Prior to joining the DreamTeam last year, he won the Gold award in the NetBeans Innovators Grant Program for creating the Cube°n (http://code.google.com/p/cubeon/) feature in NetBeans. Tonny Kohar (http://blogs.kiyut.com/tonny/) Tonny is a longtime developer on the NetBeans Platform and has used it to create several impressive applications, including the Sketsa SVG editor and Citra FX photo effects. Tonny has also contributed to the Apache Batik project, in addition to helping answer questions on their mailing lists as well as NetBeans. Kristian Rink (http://dm.zimmer428.net/) Kristian has made many contributions to the NetBeans Community Docs program, in particular a series of documents and tutorials which help new users learn how to effectively use the IDE. Kristian was also an active participant in the recent Glassfish Community Acceptance Testing (FishCAT) program. -- Tom Wheeler http://www.tomwheeler.com/ -- Tom Wheeler http://www.tomwheeler.com/
