Hello Tom,

This may seem a bit pedantic, but I wanted to point out that I believe what had been discussed earlier was the Governance model itself. Not the Governance Board Model. One is inclusive of the other but not vice versa. As per the current Governance model, and has been pointed out earlier, the Governance board is primarily an arbitration body.
