Nomination for the NetBeans Governance Board

Hello NetBeans community,

    I would like to nominate the following four excellent contributors 
for the upcoming NetBeans Governance Board elections:

Hermien Pellissier
==================
Hermien is a NetBeans Platform Application Developer and Architect 
living in Johannesburg Area, South Africa. She is a passionate blogger 
and strong NetBeans supporter. Hermien participated in three NetCAT 
programs, since 2011 she filed already 130+ issues, she helped 
tremendously with tutorial reviews and she scored also as an excellent 
API Support tribe leader especially thanks to her approachable 
personality. She has been nominated to the NetBeans Dream Team.

Michel Graciano
===============
Michel actively joined NetBeans community in 2008 during stabilization 
of NetBeans 6.5. He is a contributor which every open source project 
dreams of. Michel participated in seven NetCAT programs, three NetFIX 
programs, Voice of Community program, he submitted 500+ bugs, 40 RFEs 
and even contributed numerous bug fixes. Thanks to his extraordinary 
activity Michel was nominated to the NetBeans Dream Team.

Mark Wilmoth
============
Mark so far participated in two NetCAT programs. Although NetCAT 7.1 was 
a brand new experience for him, Mark's expertise and willingness to help 
soon brought him respect among his peers and NetBeans developers too. 
During 3.5 months Mark found 116 defects including issues nobody could 
reproduce for several years, he participated in certifications, reviewed 
documentation and helped in tens of discussions. He was also a great 
leader of Java GUI Builder tribe. Thanks to Mark's extraordinary 
activity and dedication, he became the best NetCAT 7.1 participant out 
of 104 members. In NetCAT 7.2 Mark excelled again and confirmed his #1 
position so we look forward for his hattrick in NetCAT 7.3!

Glenn Holmer
============
Glenn is a long time NetBeans supporter. When I think of early NetBeans 
community days I always recall Glenn and only few other names. He filed 
240 issues to date (the first report dates back to 2001) but what is so 
special about Glenn is his persistence. Typically people come, 
contribute and after some time they move on. Not the case with Glenn. He 
is a seasoned NetCAT participant as he helped in all 12 programs since 
2004 and keeps supporting NetBeans users on public mailing lists. Glenn 
is once of the NetBeans Dream Team honorary members.

I only hope that all of my nominees will accept my nomination.
