Re: NetBeans IDE 7.3 Release Candidate 2 Available for Download

When I try to fill out the acceptance survey on the web site, it says I need to 
login.  I click on the "log in" link in the top left of the page, and I get a 
page which says "you are already logged in".  I click the "back button" to go 
back to the survey, and it still says I am not logged in.  I click the reload 
button, and it says I am not logged in.

How can I proceed?
