Yes, UTF-8 is fine for me.
Unfortunately I can send neither "The NetBeans Monthly Newsletter" nor 
"Sprout" in Russian in UTF-8 using webmail, so later in the evening, 
OK?

And thanks a lot for fixing newline issue.

BTW (while you are on fixing bugs):
1. Plain text in Russian Sprout seems smaller than in 
English/French/Dutch one
2. "Check this out"/"Kijk hier eens naar" section is empty in Dutch 
version
