As Maxym pointed out, it has started - Bruno Souza (cc'ed)
translated the home page.  If you'd like to translate more,
that would be great - please check out the 4 other pages
listed on :

Please post a note to webteam@ if you do start, to synchronise
with Bruno or anyone else who might be working on that translation
too.
