Hello translators,

I've just exported issue 22 of the Edge to XML. Note that as
part of the recent cleanups I've done, the encoding specified
in the XML file is utf-8 :

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>

*However* that is only a guideline - if you prefer to use the
same encodings you have in the past (cp1251, iso-8859-1, etc),
that is OK, just replace the utf-8 with your chosen encoding.

Rob plans to send this issue out on May 12, next Wednesday.

I also put up a guide to translating the Edge that Rob had
started work on some time ago :

    http://www.netbeans.org/community/contribute/localise-edge.html

I'd like more ppl to be aware of this process, so that maybe
our current translators can get some help :-) Also of course
to publish in even more langauges. Comments and feedback on
that guide welcome.
