10x for onlining Edge translation guide, however it's a bit 
misleading,
because #4 of Step-by-Step "please commit your changes in 
sprout_XX_YY.xml back to CVS" is not possible for newcomers - I don't 
think you should be giving CVS access to testwww to newcomers.

I also changed "localize.html" to show up in navigation menu. I found 
it strange it's not there.
