You are absolutely right - I realised this last night after
pointing Ezequias, who is doing Portugues translations, to
the page.  He does not have cvs access so the page did not
help!

I've updated it with seperate instructions for each case :

(will propagate to www in ~1hr).

Thanks again, I think you are right.  For consistency, I
changed it to "localise" with an s, the UK/Australian
spelling, since that is what I use on the page ... just for
consistency.
