Hello Rob, This one is a bit more tricky to answer. I do not think your payment has been charged at this point so I suggest the following: Start by visiting https://www.javaone04.com/portal/registration.do You should already have a username and password. Please enter this information. If you forgot your password there is a link to retrieve it. Once you have logged in you should be taken to step 3 of 5 on the JavaOne registration page. Here you see multiple options. Below the radials for Conference you will find a checkbox that says NetBeans (Day). Check this box and then press continue. This will register you for NetBeans Day. This should work. Also if you could provide me with your details such as registered username, when you pre-registered, which item level of attendance you purchased I will ensure that the proper discount is applied.
