Edge 23

Hi all,

Due to the Edge having the voting section informing users that they can 
still vote we need to
send this issue ou today. We also want to provide people with enough 
time to react and
register for NetBeans Day.

Please let me know if we should wait for additional translations to be 
completed or if you
would like us to go ahead and send it in a few hours time.
