You're right, the same thing annoys me every issue :-/  OK, so Edge
translators please take note : I've done a clean up, and all XML now
lives in the (hopefully expected) location :

/community/news/newsletter/sprout/xml_share/

All other news and newsletters also lives in /community/news/, so I
hope this is logical and clear.  

I've moved/deleted the old files from the other locations.  I've udpated
the references to these dirs on the site, and all the internal tools etc.
Pls let me know if you notice any problems or this doesn't work for you.
