Easy to do, see http://www.riaca.win.tue.nl/products/openmath/guide/
It is written in DocBook and the PDF is generated ;) I did that a
while ago. But it could serve as a jumping point for maybe the
newsletter or the NetBeans Edge.

Yeah. Edge issues are scattered around on the CVS server on several
locations. I always need to look where to find the XML sources as 
multiple locations have XML sources ;)
