Don't think so. IMHO, every edition should be given the equal value.
Otherwise it's not really interesting to work on SUPER-TOP + 1'th
issue.

Announcement of Russian NetBeans IDE 4.0 (really small script it
should be, but a small notice would be fine).

Also it would be nice to see some interview with top-developer and
top-marketing guy at Sun about the plans on how NetBeans will catch-up
with Eclipse (if there're such plans): on functionality, on
popularity, on the number of plugins etc. It would be interesting to
see different approaches (developer: "we need to have cleaner APIs"
vs. marketing: "we need to publish one more book, and a good one").
