French translation is done.
I added a paragraph concerning the french community at the end of the 
main article. To announce that two Flash demos were available in 
exclusivity for the french community, that french translation of the 
book is available online in the french site, to announce a wiki page for
french community, and to announce the netbeans event in Belgium and 
Luxembourg.

I also added a link to developpez.com at the end of the vote, to invite 
french community to vote for NetBeans at this site. (look at my recent 
post to this group for more details).

Hope you will agree therefore.

P.S. It would be nice if you could add, for the next release of the 
Edge, a specific story, where each translator can add specific info 
concerning the target community.
