I could successfully build the jar file and use it to test. Unfortunately, the resulting jar file did not fix the problem. Also, I installed Netbeans 4.1 and tried to use the javacvs library in the install. It didn't work either. I found that the problem is with the Time zone ID used to set in the Dateformatter in various response classes. To fix the problem, I changed the timezone string from "GMT+0000" to "GMT".
