I was confused by your use of the term "NetBeans dev builds". On the
main NetBeans download page
http://www.netbeans.org/devhome/download.html 3.4.1 RC2 is what you get
when you download the latest dev build.

I personally don't care about accessing mdrxml.jar and mdrxmlapi.jar.
However, as a MDR application developer, I do care if there are good
reasons for me to be using 4.0 dev builds now?

If so, how do I get a 4.0 build.? If there are pre-built binaries, where
do I get them. If not, what are my options in terms of getting
something "relatively" stable out of CVS?

cheers,

roy
