That was one of the most detailed technical blog post about NBP I have ever read. Good job and thanks for sharing! I hope it helps other devs to migrate their application. 

BTW "looove this tool !" is worth a new blog post (including a little gif screen cast). I guess you mean the generation of _hidden-entries, when you remove a menu entry from the expanded layer.xml node. But I think there are NBP devs which aren't aware of it. Express your excitement!
